Let’s Get Poppin, Inc. (LGP), gourmet popcorn is well known for its quality ingredients, lasting freshness, and great taste. We package each order immediately for shipment within 24 hours and if the order is placed before 2 pm CST your order will ship out that day*. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your order placed on www.letsgetpoppin.com contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery for assistance. We do not offer a refund or replacement if more than 7 days after the date of delivery. We cannot accept returns of Let’s Get Poppin, Inc. popcorn due to its perishable nature.
LGP do not offer refunds or replacements for the following reasons:
- Carrier delivered your order earlier or later than estimated.
- Incorrect items and/or quantity and/or address provided at time of order.
- Recipient refused delivery or was not present at time of delivery.
- Item(s) are still in transit.
- Damage to packaging that does not impact the quality or shelf life.
- Gift Certificate sales are final.
